2. File-Open a New Transparent Image in this size : 900 x 600 Pixels

3. Flood Fill Tool-Fill the layer with color 1.

4. Selections- Select All

5. Open the Tube:  0_19a8e4_4ae46ef6_XL2

6. Edit-Copy 

7. Activate your work

8. Edit-Paste into Selection 

9. Selections- Deselect All

10.Effects- Image Effects- Seamless Tiling using the default settings

11.Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur-Radius 100%.

12.Effects-Plugins- Mehdi/ Sorting tiles 300-500, Block300, Plus checked

13. Effects-Edge Effects- Enhance

14. Layers Duplicate

15. Effects-Plugins- MuRa's meister/ Perspective Tilling. Height 20

16. Effects-3D-Effects-Drop Shadow with these settings:  5,5, 50, 30 Color 3

17. Activate the layer underneath

18. Effects-Plugins- MuRa's meister/ Cloud use the settings below

Resize all layers not checked
